Passenger Information
Once payment has been made a no refund policy applies. Credit notes valid for 1 year can be issued for cancellations prior to the day of departure. Once tickets are issued they are the responsibility of the carrier and can not be replaced if lost or stolen. Bookings are essential and no guarantee can be given on seat availability. All unpaid seats will be released to standby passengers 10 minutes prior to departure.
Fares, Tour Cancellations & Itineraries
All fares advertised in this brochure are inclusive of GST and the RIA landing fee, and are correct at time of printing and supersede all prices previously advertised. We reserve the right to cancel or alter fares, departure times, accommodation and day tour packages, seasonal cruises and substitute one vessel for another in case of any unforeseen circumstances. The company gives no guarantee as to the exact arrival or departure times as circumstances beyond our control may influence this.
Concession Discounts
All appropriate concessions cards must be presented at the office prior to paying for your tickets and apply to Australian Seniors card, Full time student cards, and YHA/VIP backpackers card holders only.
Diesel Fuel Levy and High Season Surcharges
We reserve the right to charge a fuel levy, due to increasing diesel fuel prices.
Conditions of Carriage: Transfer of Baggage and Bikes
We do not take any responsibility for your baggage if it is lost or stolen once it enters the crate from Hillarys Boat Harbour to Rottnest Island or from Rottnest Island to Hillarys Boat Harbour. Guests must take full responsibility to look after their baggage at all times and making sure they have the correct labels on their baggage.

If taking your own bike, please note we do not take any responsibility if your bike is damaged on the ferry to and from Rottnest. Your bike maybe exposed to sea spray and may get damaged from the rough seas; therefore if you are concerned please hire a bike from our office.
